A (CDA) "Commission Disbursement Agreement" Is a form filled out and sent to the title company for information regarding your scheduled closing transaction. This information is regarding final purchase price, commission owed and name of payee or LLC you would like your commission written out to for disbursement. 

Once this is filled out staff will check your Skyslope file to see that everything is accounted for and the correct final commission amount is verified and reported to title for fast and accurate disbursement. 

This is REQUIRED 5 days before closing.
